We are a volunteer run organization with its history in a Christian heritage. The purpose of our league is to provide recreational ‘fun’ hockey and skating for boys and girls. Emphasis will be placed on equal ice time and balanced teams, so that all children, regardless of skill level, have an equal opportunity to improve their hockey skills.
We offer three programs:
- A Family Skate program that allows parents to skate with their children (ages 3 and up) to improve skating skills
- A Learn-to-Play program for children ages 5-12 years that teaches basic hockey and skating skills
- League play divided into 3 divisions: Junior Division (ages 8-11), Intermediate Division (ages 11-14), and Senior Division (ages 14-18).
Please note that age ranges are approximate — other factors, such as skill, are also taken into consideration.
The league recognizes that some parents may wish to pursue a more intense and competitive approach to playing hockey, and we encourage you to pursue that elsewhere.
